Celebrate National Soup Month at Barbakoa

Always Available

January is National Soup Month and Barbakoa is celebrating by serving its authentic tortilla soup, one steamy bowl at a time. With roasted Amish chicken, pasilla peppers, avocado, cotija cheese, tortilla strips, and homemade crema, Barbakoa’s tortilla soup takes your taste buds on a trip to Mexico for only $6. The modern Latin bar and restaurant suggests pairing the tortilla soup with a dark ale with assertive hops like its Barbakoa Pale Ale brewed exclusively for the restaurant by Two Brothers. The hops play off the aromatic epazote in the soup and the dark malt brings out the roasted Amish chicken. Barbakoa will be offering its tortilla soup as well as many equally delicious daily soups throughout the month of January.
