Carnivale February Entertainment Lineup

CARNIVALE FEBRUARY ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP
Live Music on Wednesdays and Complimentary Latin Dance Classes on Thursdays
 

This February, Carnivale will continue their weekly entertainment lineup featuring an array of Latin live music and complimentary dance classes. Every Wednesday from 7:30 to 11 p.m., guests can enjoy live music (no cover charge) from some of Chicago’s most renowned bands. Carnivale will also offer complimentary Latin Dance Classes in the lounge area every Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. Guests are invited to learn Latin dance steps including Bachata, Samba, Salsa and more (no partner is required). Full music and dance schedule available below.

Patrons can enjoy Carnivale’s soulful Latino cuisine and refreshing libations as they come to appreciate Latin culture through music and dance. Guests can also take advantage of the $5 daily valet.

Carnivale University Winter Quarter Continues

CARNIVALE UNIVERSITY WINTER QUARTER CONTINUES

Next Up: Scotch and Bourbon Tasting

 

This February, the Carnivale University Winter Quarter will continue with a special Scotch and Bourbon Tasting. Carnivale’s Master Mixologist Daryl Freeman will lead this hands-on class featuring an array of these whiskeys including Black Grouse, Highland Park, Templeton Rye and Woodford Reserve.

 

Participants will sample and learn the nuances between these classic spirits paired with a selection of appetizers prepared by Executive Chef David Dworshak.Complete menu available below.

Carnivale Celebrates International Hot and Spicy Food Day

CARNIVALE CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL HOT AND SPICY FOOD DAY

 

Carnivale invites Chicagoans to join them as they celebrate International Hot and Spicy Food Day on Wednesday, January 16. Executive Chef David Dworshak developed three unique dishes with intensely hot peppers, guaranteed to make all spicy food lovers break a sweat.

 

To create these Latin specialties, Dworshak utilized chiles from Carnivale’s rooftop, habanerno peppers, South American aji amarillo chiles and Spanish guindilla chiles. Specials will be available for dinner only. Complete list of specials available below. Photos available upon request.

First Up: Mojitos 101

This January, the Carnivale University Winter Quarter will begin with Mojitos101. Carnivale’s Master Mixologist, Daryl Freeman, will lead this hands-on class featuring two mouthwatering mojito recipes from Carnivale’s signature cocktail menu. Participants will learn the history of this classic Cuban cocktail while creating and sampling perfectly muddled mojitos paired with appetizers prepared by Executive Chef David Dworshak.
