Just in time for the sultry August weather, La Madia introduces a cooling Poached Shrimp Salad with Shaved Vegetables (tender poached shrimp, crisp shaved fennel, radish, carrot, cucumber, and frisee in an a truffled vinaigrette; Lunch: $12 and Dinner: $9 without shrimp). Fox will also serve a new Clam Pizza (white clams with fresno chilies, finished with lightly pickled cucumbers; $15).
La Madia also unveils their Market Risotto, which will change daily, made with ingredients from the market including vegetables, shellfish, and more (Dinner only; $15).
