ODYSSEY AND SPIRIT OF CHICAGO CELEBRATE EASTER

The newly renovated Odyssey and vibrant Spirit of Chicago will celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 20 with two brunch cruises and one dinner cruise.

Guests will have two opportunities to board the Odyssey with a delicious brunch featuring eggs, breakfast meats, hash browns and waffles, Orange Glazed-Chicken Breast, Atlantic Tilapia, Pasta Primavera, Curried Vegetables and a Black Pepper Crusted Sirloin, carved to order or for dinner featuring a Hearts of Palm Salad, Herb Marinated Chicken Breast, Oven Roasted Salmon Filet, Seafood Linguine with Shrimp, Scallops and Mussels, or a Vegetable Tower. There will also be interactive emcee entertainment, treats for children and a guest appearance from the Easter bunny, these Easter cruises will guarantee an exciting and memorable day for the whole family.

The Spirit of Chicago will host a brunch cruise with a plentiful buffet featuring a harvest cheddar, omelets, applewood smoked bacon, hash browns, house-griddled waffles, BBQ sirloin, Caribbean roasted chicken, penne and more. There will an interactive MC and dancing as well as treats for children and a guest appearance from the Easter bunny.
