WHAT:

This September, non-profit organization Share Our Strength will host its annual Dine Out For No Kid Hungry. Thousands of restaurants nationwide will join this fundraiser and aid in the campaign to end childhood hunger in America. The money raised will be presented to community programs across the country that provide support to children who are at risk of hunger in America, as well as teach families how to cook healthy, affordable meals. For more information, visit www.strength.org

During the National Dine Out for No Kid Hungry week, restaurants throughout the city and suburbs will donate a portion of their proceeds to help this cause.
